Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of vulpineos.com, the VulpineOS waitlist, and the private operator console. They sit alongside the open-source license that governs the runtime itself.

01

Acceptance of these terms

These terms are between you and Flippify Ltd, trading as VulpineOS, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16548611.

These terms cover your use of vulpineos.com, the VulpineOS waitlist at auth.vulpineos.com, the private operator console at admin.vulpineos.com, and any related communications we send you. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the site.

02

The service

VulpineOS publishes information about an open-source operator runtime for AI browser agents and operates a private waitlist for forthcoming hosted services. The site is provided as-is and may change without notice.

Specific content surfaces — the changelog, roadmap, integration pages, and RenderLab research page — are informational only and do not constitute a binding commitment to ship a feature on a particular schedule.

03

Open-source license vs. these terms

The VulpineOS runtime, Foxbridge, vulpine-mark, and mobilebridge source code are published under their own open-source licenses (primarily MPL 2.0 for the Camoufox-based runtime). Those licenses govern your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the source code itself.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our hosted properties — the marketing site, waitlist, operator console, and RenderLab research surface. Where the two overlap, the open-source license governs the source code and these terms govern the hosted service.

04

Account, waitlist, and access

The waitlist is selective. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. If your use case is a good fit for the current private access window, we will reach out with the next step.

The operator console is private. Accounts are issued on invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

05

Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits things like unauthorised access, credential abuse, fraud, malware, spam, illegal scraping, harassment, and evasion of lawful rate limits. Violations can result in immediate suspension.

06

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The cookies we use are described in the Cookie Policy. We list our subprocessors at /legal/subprocessors.

07

RenderLab research

Vulpine RenderLab is an optional, opt-in browser-render diagnostics study. It is only run from /research/renderlab after explicit consent on that page. The site works normally if you decline. The full scope and controls live on the research page.

08

No warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

09

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flippify Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100). Because most of our services are currently free, this cap will frequently equal £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you use the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

10

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the waitlist or operator console at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.

11

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12

Export controls and sanctions

You confirm that you are not located in, and are not a national of, a country subject to UK, EU, or US sanctions, and that you are not on any sanctioned-party list. You agree not to use the service to violate applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

13

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@vulpineos.com. Privacy-specific requests are covered separately in the Privacy Policy.
