These terms cover your use of vulpineos.com, the VulpineOS waitlist, and any associated communications. They sit alongside the open-source license that governs the runtime itself.
What we collect
Data you provide
When you sign up for the waitlist you may provide: name, email, GitHub handle, LinkedIn profile, Twitter / X handle, and an optional message about what you're building.
Data we collect automatically
Google Analytics (page views, session duration, traffic sources), standard request metadata (IP address, browser type, device information), and cookies for analytics and basic site functionality.
Data from public sources
We may publicly view your GitHub, LinkedIn, or Twitter profiles to personalise our communication and confirm shipping signal.
How we use your data
We use your data to notify you about access, personalise outreach, improve the service, and send waitlist updates.
We will not sell your data to third parties, share it with advertisers, or use it for AI training outside VulpineOS.
Agentic emails
We may send personalised emails generated using information you provide and data from public profiles. This is automated but reviewed by a human before sending.
UK data protection (UK GDPR)
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability.

Data retention
Waitlist data: retained until you request deletion. Analytics: 26 months. Email logs: 12 months.
Third parties
We use Google Analytics, GitHub, LinkedIn, and Twitter / X (public viewing only). We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
Children's data
This service is not intended for children under 13.
Changes to these terms
Updated versions are posted with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
